Excitement

Instead of trying to come up with clever blog titles... i'll keep it simple for now.

I just read some blogs from my loves Gavyn (follow at http://cocomulan.blogspot.com/) and Patrick (follow at http://patjakperforms.blogspot.com/) and it is exciting to see that my classmates are up to some beautiful things. Seeing them step out ad follow their passions is inspiring. They're in Oxford England at a program called BADA... I was going to be there with them, but decided to do "I Dream" (www.idreamthemusical.com) instead. It has been an amazing experience. It is great to know that no matter which experience I would have chosen I would be doing something GRRREAT (ROLL THE R'S).

It is important for me to note that I do not really enjoy writing elaborately... but this blog will help me get out of that.

Ireland

just watched the mvie leap year. it was absolutely entertaining and adorable. I'm a sap for great love stories. Especially because I'm excited about this love story I'm going to walk into. anyway the movie took place in ireland and I suddenle have the urge to travel to irelands open country.

almost there

My dream role is to play princess Teana in Disneys the Princess and the Frog on Broadway... Tour... whicheverone comes first! It's such an amazing story and the beauty of the character brought joy to my life! =) My daughetr will have a black woman cartoon character to look up to and to aspire to be like. No longer will she have to dress up as belle, sleeping Beauty, or Princess Jasmin. These characters are lovely, but there is nothing like your own.

They havent announced the musical, but i feel it in my bones!! lol Just thought I'd share!

**Shot out to my girl Tia Chavon for inspiring me to start a blog.**

I find it exhilerating to share the joy of my life with anyone who will listen. I've decided to use this blog to keep track of life, but most importantly share my smiles with others. I was watching television with my mentor, verna, and began laughing at a commercial. She then goes on to say "you find joy in the simple things don't you" and there was the revelation. On top of that one of my close sisters asked me what brings me joy and i egan to ramble on and attempt to give an answer. I now know!! the simple things!!
